Lindsey- dear mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend was welcomed into heaven by her father, Tom and sister Jessica on Monday, March 11th, 2024 and reunited with her grandparents Edward and Marie Rose Boerboom and John Ullom.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service was held Saturday, March 16, 2024 at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Lindsey was a New Year’s baby, born on January 4th, 1979 in Waseca, Minnesota. She graduated from Minnetonka High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in business from Southwest Minnesota State University. She worked for 22 years at US Bank in various banking positions.
Lindsey was brimming with fun, creative energy, and shining brilliance. The loves of her life were her boys Henry and Oliver- age 14. She was their biggest fan and enabled them to become excellent students and star basketball players. Lindsey had a big heart for others and valued her lifelong friends like Malia as well as the dedicated friends from the basketball parent group. She often shared sweet memories of growing up with her sisters Jessica & Taylor.
Lindsey will never be forgotten. She will be remembered for ease in forming friendships, love of family, having fun and her undying love for her sons.
She is also survived by her mother, Linda Boerboom; sister, Taylor (Martin) Hubbard; bonus mom, Suzy Boerboom; nephews, Jordan Boerboom & Ethan Hubbard; maternal grandparents, Tim and Joan Sheridan; step-sister Rachel Rippel; step-nephews and niece Preston, Jayden, & Addison Rippel; as well as treasured aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to her sons’ educational fund.
