Hawks oust Wolves

COLMAN – The Colman-Egan Hawks used four players scoring in double digits and big fourth quarter scoring to defeat Wilmot on Tuesday, Feb. 6.
The Hawks were down 17-11 after one period and both teams scored 17 in the second quarter.
Colman-Egan began to edge toward the lead with a strong third quarter before knocking down 24 final quarter points to Wilmot’s 12 to secure the win.

Jack Mousel scored 21 points and made eight rebounds to lead the Hawks who shot 43 percent from the field.
With a double-double, Jase Mousel scored 20 points and pulled down 12 boards. Jackson Zwart and Taylor Kriech rounded out the scoring with 12 and 10 points respectively.
Zwart dished out five assists and Jase Mousel, four.
Both teams brought down 40 rebounds each.
Keitrick Genia scored 16 points and Zane Owen, 10, for the Wolves. Wilmot shot 35 per cent from the field.
