Pamela “Pam” Kay Schipper, age 61 of Flandreau, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023 in Sioux Falls.
Pam was born on Saturday, March 3rd, 1962 to James and Darlene “Dar” (Peper) Mulder in Brookings, SD. She began her education in Egan, SD, before moving to Flandreau where she would attend school and graduate in the class of 1980. Upon graduation, she began studies at Nettleton College where she studied business. On August 24, 1983 she was united in marriage to Cameron Schipper in Pipestone, MN. To this union, they were blessed with their children, Rowden and Lacey, and the family lived in Flandreau. Cameron passed away in 1985. Pam was then blessed with her third child, Serenity. Family was the most important to her and she cherished her time spent with her children and grandchildren. Pam also passionate about her crafting; when she found time she enjoyed knitting, and bead work. She enjoyed making quilts and afghans and was an expert at crocheting. She also like to read. Pam was a social person so spending time with friends meant a lot to her. Most of all, she was a devoted grandmother, her grandkids were number one in her life and she loved spending time with them.
Grateful for having shared her life are her children: Lacey Schipper (Corey Van Dyke), Rowden (Brittney) Schipper  and Serenity Bianas, all of Flandreau, Loren Schipper, Arizona, Brian (Julie) Schipper, Flandreau and Leah (Robert) Swanson, Adell, IA; her mother: Dar Mulder, Flandreau; two siblings: Doug Mulder, Flandreau and Colleen (JD) Headrick of Lebanon, IL; 18 grandchildren: Cameron Schipper, Carson, Eleahna, Caedon, and Colton Van Dyke, Masen, Davien, and Amelia Schipper, Keelan, Letty, and Malcom, Mikayla Larson, Hannah and Dalton Schipper, Dustin Schipper and Cassidy Swanson, Logan and Taylor Bell; two brothers-in-laws, Clayton (LeAnn) Schipper, Flandreau and Lloyd (Jeanette) Schipper, Sioux Falls; her sister-in-law: Lorinda (Denis) Bell, Keystone, SD; her niece and nephew, Alyssa Headrick and Kelby Headrick and great niece, Dakota.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Mulder, husband, Cameron Schipper, son, Troy Schipper, and her mother and father-in-law, Case and Edna Schipper.   
Services were held Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church with burial at Lone Rock Cemetery, rural Moody County.
