Nancy Murren, 78, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Good Samaritan Society Hospice.
Nancy was born in Flandreau, SD to Woodrow and Agnes (Hanson) Lee.  She graduated from Rapid City High School, “Forever Cobblers” and the National School of Business.
She worked as a secretary at SDSU, Custom Computers, Veteran’s Administration, ASC Affairs, and other companies.  
Nancy married Martin Bailey and had two children; Teri and Michael were born of this union.  
In 1982, she married Loren Murren and his two sons, Paul and Bradley joined the family.  Loren and Nancy enjoyed 31 years together, wintering in Mesa, AZ, and shopping with Susan.  She enjoyed bowling, fishing, camping, dancing and shopping.
Nancy is survived by her husband Loren, daughter Teri (Bill) Brunskill, Murdo; Michael (Lisa) Bailey, Claremore OK; stepsons, Paul and Bradly, Mesa, AZ; sisters, Maryann (Larry) Petrick; sister-in-law Judy Lee; grandchildren Christopher, Jordon, Brandon (Meghan) Karels, Ashley and Chassity Bailey, great-grandchildren; Victor, Dominick and Elliot.  
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Bill Lee.
Private family service to be held at Black Hills National Cemetery.
