Hot Dog Day in Flandreau, held last Friday, was much cooler than years past, with an average temperature of 60 degrees, a brisk wind and cloudy skies. Even so, the event brought community members of all ages out to the West End Plaza parking lot where hot dogs were served by Ramsdell's staff from 11:30-1 p.m. City wide rummage sales were also held that day.
