City crews in Flandreau worked on Friday of this past week to clear snow from streets and intersections. Several major snowstorms over the past month have left residents and plows with nowhere to go but up along the streets creating visibility issues for vehicles and pedestrians. More snow is predicted in the coming days and there are still two months yet of winter officially that remain on the calendar. Eng Services helped clear piles from around local businesses, Claflin Excavating and Loiseau Construction crews were also contracted out locally and in the region to help move snow away from city centers.
