To submit your flood damage report, visit the state website at sd.gov. Once on the site, you will find the link to the form prominently displayed at the top of the page. The form requires detailed information, including the property address, contact information, estimated building value, and basic damage details. Additionally, including photographs of the damage is essential to support your submission.
