Put on your costumes and grab the kids for a night of spooky thrills. The Moody County Historical Society is hosting a Night at the Museum open house on Saturday, October 28.
The event begins at 6pm and goes on until 9pm. Susan Ahlers, MCHS Board Member says, “The event is for everyone of all ages. There are Halloween themed games, candy, and other activities planned for the evening. This is not a haunted house; we will not be jumping out at guests. We will have spooky exhibits for everyone to see and enjoy.”
Ahlers also let the Enterprise know of changes that have happened at the Museum. There are now toys and other activities for children to enjoy year round, such as a scavenger hunt. This allows parents or grandparents some time to enjoy the exhibits themselves.

Goody bags will be handed out to Saturday nights guests that are dressed in their Halloween costumes. Events organizers welcome everyone for a night of fun.
The Moody County Museum is located at 706 E. Pipestone Ave., Flandreau.
