Melissa Fletcher and her daughter, Taylor, planted geraniums and a spike plant in pots along Second Avenue. The Flandreau Development Corporation bought the flowers from Iotts near Ward to spruce up the planters in the downtown area and at the West End Plaza. Dozens of volunteers helped as part of the Interlakes Area United Way’s Community Day of Caring.
