Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Police made two more drug-related arrests this past week after responding to a call for an assault in progress at Royal River Casino. Officers say they found drugs, drug paraphernalia and a vehicle stolen from Sioux Falls during their investigation.
The Flandreau Police Department assisted with the incident.
The arrests come on the heels of another major drug bust at Royal River Casino and Hotel that has three others from the Sioux Falls area facing a litany of charges, including the gas drive-off that led officers to the trio in the first place and child neglect after an infant was found in a hotel room with one of the suspects.
