BROOKINGS —Northeast Research Farm by South Shore has rescheduled its field day to July 18.
Northeast Research Farm is at 15710 455th Ave., South Shore, about 2.5 miles west of Interstate 29 off Exit 193. The field day starts at 4 p.m. CDT and includes a catered meal. It is free to attend. To register, visit the SDSU Extension Events page and search “northeast.”
The field day is co-hosted by SDSU Extension, the South Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station at SDSU and the Northeast Research Farm Advisory Board.
Attendees can learn about various research projects related to small grains and row crop management in a hands-on environment with SDSU Extension specialists. Certified crop advisor educational credits are available, and reference materials will be provided to attendees.
