FLANDREAU – In their final home event of the season, the Flandreau Flier wrestling team showed a good sized home crowd “their stuff” by sweeping three teams in a quadrangular.
The Fliers opened with a 45-25 win over Mount Vernon/Plankinton/Corsica-Stickney and then defeated Beresford/Alcester-Hudson, 40-39 in an exciting final match of the dual.
Parent and senior night were then celebrated and the team finished the night with a 54-27 win over Marion/Freeman.
Four Fliers finished the night with three wins.
The Fliers currently have a 7-5 dual record with two more quadrangulars remaining in the season.
