Abigail Lewis and Tatiana Morales-Gil have been chosen to represent Flandreau High School at the 79th annual Girls State Assembly on the campus of USD from May 25-29, 2025. They will join approximately 350 fellow junior girls from all over South Dakota for a week-long study of our democratic government and citizenship responsibilities. They will hear from our political representatives, have the opportunity to run for offices in a mock government and take part in a talent show, all while making new friends. The Trent Legion Auxiliary sponsors these delegates.
