Layla Latterell will represent Flandreau Public High School at the 78th SD American Legion Auxiliary Girls State session on the campus of the University of SD in Vermillion June 3-8.
Layla will join approximately 350 other young women for a week long citizenship training program. The delegates will experience hands-on activities as they learn about our democratic government and how it works at different levels. Layla is sponsored by the Trent Legion Auxiliary.
