Ellen Marie (Roach) Bergman, 82, passed away on August 10, 2024, in Scottsdale, AZ. Born on March 19, 1942, in Lincoln, NE, she led a life marked by dedication to her family, faith, and community.
She moved to Flandreau in 1998 when her husband Paul became the hospital administrator there. She was committed to civic engagement as she worked on numerous projects aimed at bettering her community in Flandreau.
Ellen was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Bergman and her son, Patrick Michael. She is survived by her sons, Barry (Kelli), Brad (Marcella), and Chris (Lena); four brothers; three sisters; ten grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Her celebration of life was held August 24 in Lincoln, NE.
