Grab your mom, grandma and best pal and head to the William J. Janklow Community Center this Saturday as the Crystal Theatre is hosting its annual Tour of Tables.
Doors open for the event at 10 am with social hour until 11 am. Lunch will be served at 11 and basket bidding will end at 12 pm. The cost to attend the event is $15 dollars and that includes lunch. Entertainment will be provided by Lyla Thompson and opening prayer by Rebecca and Rachel Heinemann.
Some may be asking what exactly is the tour of tables? The tour of tables is an annual fundraiser event hosted by the Crystal Theatre of Flandreau. Table hosts choose to design their tables in whatever decore or theme they choose. Last year themes included the Sound of Music, Hello Fall, Copper Cider and The Tropics. These hosts do not skimp on these table settings. The tables will be set and decorated to impress.
There will also be gift baskets and other silent auction items up for bids. The bidding for those items open at 10 am and close at 12 pm. Last years items included movie night theme baskets, oil changes to Krull’s Garage, handmade items and much more.
