Nathan and Heather Hill, of the newly opened Grizzly Meats in Flandreau, plan to host the inaugural event on the land just south of their business on South Veterans Street.

Moody County has a new addition to its summer calendar with the debut of Bulls and Babes Rodeo, set to take place on June 1st. Nathan and Heather Hill, of the newly opened Grizzly Meats in Flandreau, plan to host the inaugural event on the land just south of their business on South Veterans Street.
The Hills, no strangers to the rodeo scene, were inspired to bring back the excitement of the rodeos hosted in recent years by the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe. FSST, after several years of a multi-day event, decided this past year to discontinue what had been known as Flandreau Rodeo Days.
The Hill’s work with a number of other rodeo communities each summer on sound and other production needs for their own events.
