The Trent Town Board has one new member and a new president to replace board member Jonathan Damm.
Damm, who had been board president, did not seek reelection, and board members appointed Jamie Alberts to the council. She will serve until the next election.
The board also elected Rich Nord as its president.
In other business, the board accepted a bid by contractor Terry Javers for cement work on its new shop. The board bought the structure to replace shop space it had at the condemned City Hall, which it sold to Javers at an auction this spring.
