Tour of Tables was a delight

The William Janklow Community Center was the site the Crystal Theatre’s Tour of Table event on Saturday, September 17th. Twelve tables were decorated to the “T” to host guests for lunch and entertainment. Some of the themes were Hello Fall, Copper Cider, and The Tropics. The theatre board was able to collect over 40 silent auctions items to have available for the guests to bid on. There was roughly 100 guests in attendance for the brunch. Guests were able to enjoy a lunch while listening from entertainment provided by Lyla Thompson and Heinemann sisters, Rebecca and Rachel. Dan Sutton said, “We (Crystal Theatre Board) are still receiving some final expenses but hope to clear over $3,500 once everything is paid.” The event is the largest fundraiser next to the musical which this year will be “The Sound of Music,” to be performed November 3rd thru November 6th. The Crystal Theatre Board would also like to thank everyone that donated a silent auction item, attended and the event sponsors Bruning-Lewis Law, Kuhle-Sutton Agency, LLC, Nibbelink and Associates, Patriot Electric, Skroch Funeral Chapel, Unger Law and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
