COLMAN – The Warbirds got out to a 20-0 lead and didn’t look back in a 50-12 spoiling of Colman-Egan’s homecoming celebration. Wolsey-Wessington led 36-6 at halftime before cruising to the victory in the second half.
The Hawks had 169 yards of offense. Jack Mousel went 9-for-14 with 66 yards, three interceptions and one fumble.
Wolsey-Wessington had 284 total yards. Keegan Haider had two rushing touchdowns for the Warbirds. Blaze Herdman was 5-for-12 with 92 yards and an interception.
Colman-Egan dropped to 0-5 and plays Iroquois/Lake Preston on Friday at 7 p.m. The Sharks are winless as well.
