Ryan Frost, age 46 of Dell Rapids, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2017 in Dell Rapids.

Ryan was born to Bill and Kay Frost on February 1, 1971 in Minot, N.D. He attended Watertown High School. He married Mindy Jo Unger. Ryan and Mindy both graduated from the University of North Dakota where he received his B.S. in nursing. After college, they relocated to Texas before they moved to Dell Rapids. The life and love he had for his entire family and friends shined through him and his greatest accomplishments were the three boys and the family he and Mindy built together. Ryan loved nothing more than spending the day fishing with his sons, enjoyed weekends at Lake Pelican with the family and cooking for a crowd.

Grateful for having shared his life are his wife, Mindy Frost of Dell Rapids; children, Jacob, Garret and Cooper Frost of Dell Rapids; parents, William and Kay Frost of Watertown; brother, Loran (April) Frost of Dell Rapids; sisters, Mary Frost, Austin, Texas and Tina Frost, Georgetown, Texas as well as many other relatives and friends. Preceding Ryan in death were his grandparents, William and Cecilia Frost, and Fred and Dorothy Andrews and sister, Becky Frost.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary Catholic Schools for the “Frost Scholarship Fund.”
