Employee relations, personnel matters, payroll, benefits — they are just a few of the conversations that Human Resource Managers can find themselves in on any given day. Typically, they are not conversations you want others to hear.
It is for this very reason that Moody County’s Human Resources Director recently requested a move from the second floor of the County Courthouse to the first floor and a more private office space.
“We had an open office after we combined the Veteran Services with the Emergency Manager position. The board thought having Human Resources in its own office would offer more privacy for employees and applicants,” Tawny Heinemann told the Enterprise.
The move has Heinemann still working to get situated but for anyone that might be trying to find the new office, she says the new office is located on the first floor in the east side of the building.
