Commission Chairman Jerry Doyle presented Leetha Petersen a certificate of appreciation from the state convention for South Dakota Counties in recognition for more than 40 years of service as a Moody County Dispatcher. Petersen, who has worked 41 years for the county, is scheduled to retire at the end of the year, at which point she plans to work part time.
