The Moody County Museum will again host the Hidden History of Flandreau program that looks at the historical significance of several buildings in the community after a big turnout for the first program last week.
The Hidden History of Flandreau program, which begins at 7 p.m. on Sunday, April 7 at the museum, will include information from Dale A. Johnson about when the buildings were built, who built them, why they were built and any interesting stories about each.
The Sunday day was chosen in an effort to accomodate people’s schedules. The first one was held on a Tuesday and a group of 40 folks were in attendance. A third program may still be added depending on the response to this second one.
The event is open to the public.
Both Voluime I and Volume II of the pictorial history books will be available for sale at $22.
