The Hawks’ Reese Luze won the 800 (2:31.6) and 1,600 (5:36.92), while Mackenzie Hemmer was tops in the 100 hurdles (16.25) and 300 hurdles (49.59). Both had already qualified for state in the events.
Ava Mousel placed second in the 3,200 in 14:13.78 to qualify.
Elizabeth Moore, Hemmer, Haleigh Nicol and Olivia Baumberger won the 4x100 in 52.73 and were second in the 4x200 with a 1:51.41 clocking. Both squads had already qualified.
Also qualifying for state in season were Luze in the 3,200, Moore in the high jump, Baumberger in the long jump, Nicol in the triple jump, Josie Mousel in the high jump and Madison Voelker in the high jump, along with the medley relay team.
