The Happy Youngsters 4-H Club recently sold 600 homemade suckers at a Flandreau High School girls’ and boys’ basketball double header on Jan 16th. due to the generosity of those who purchased the sweet items, the club is able to donate $307.50 to the Weekend Fuel, a program designed to provide food to children who may not otherwise have enough. It is available for families that need a little extra support. Every weekend a child will go home from school with a small bag of food.
