Gets first, then second career win in same weekend

Flandreau’s Taylor Ryan had a double-victory weekend in dirt track racing.
Ryan brought home his first career win, wheeling his sprint car into victory lane Saturday night at I-90 Speedway near Hartford, and followed it up with a first-place finish Sunday night at Huset’s Speedway.
At I-90, Ryan started on the pole and led the entire 20 laps on a soggy track. Lee Goos Jr. finished second. Flandreau’s Elliot Amdahl placed fifth.
Ryan, 24, started first in his heat and finished fifth.
At Huset’s, he won both his heat race and the A feature in the Racesaver sprints category, starting both times on the pole. He led the feature the entire race.
Amdahl placed fourth in the field of 20 drivers. Lincoln Drewis placed second.
