The Flandreau FFA Chapter Hosted the Flandreau Career Development Events this past Friday. The events included 642 students from schools in the area. The students competed in events throughout the day such as livestock, poultry, ag business, floriculture and many more.
The event was made possible by previous FFA alumni and volunteers that put on events throughout the day. The Flandreau Fire Department provided both breakfast and lunch for the students attending the CDE.
The Garden Shed Floral donated all the materials for floriculture activities. Students were able to put together floral arrangements to have judged.
