CANISTOTA – Josie Mousel, Mackenzie Hemmer and Lanie Mousel each scored 18 points as Colman-Egan built a 20-4 lead after a quarter and never looked back in a 63-30 win over Canistota.
Lanie Mousel was a perfect 7-of-7 from the field, including 4-of-4 outside the three-point area. Josie Mousel recorded four assists and had seven rebounds along with Hemmer.
The C-E Hawks turned the ball over only four times while the Canistota Hawks committed 15.

COLMAN – Colman-Egan girls’ baskeball hosted Dell Rapids St. Mary on December 16 and picked up a win, 56-41.
The Hawks jumped out to a 21-2 first quarter lead, extended it to 31-16 by half and held a 47-27 lead after three quarters of play.
Josie Mousel had a big night dumping in 26 points with five rebounds. Mackenzie Hemmer added in 14 oints and three steals.
Madala Hanson scored 12 and Whitney Warwick added 11 for the Quarriers.

Boys

COLMAN– Colman-Egan boys’ basketball opened the season at home, Friday, December 17 and took a 64-28 loss to the hands of Dell Rapids St. Mary.
