Stacy Veldkamp, Jenna Carr and Rosalie Nelson, employees with Dakota Layers, decorate a tree for the Christmas Tree Festival at the Moody County Courthouse on Monday. They made gifts for under the tree out of egg cartons. The festival is going on during regular Courthouse hours until Friday, December 20.
