Celebrate the 4th of July at the Moody County Museum

The 2019 Annual (Summerfest Celebration) will be held at the Moody County Museum Grounds on Wednesday, July 4th from 10 a.m. through 2 p.m.  There is no admission for the event.
The event begins with a 9:30 am Ecumenical Church Service by David Lillibridge.
During the festival, picnic on the Museum’s grounds and choose from the different vendors that will be selling food such as, Indian Tacos, Roper’s Chicken and Rice, Jenny’s Jammin Burritos, Annie’s Famous *Eggrolls, Pork & Chicken Kabobs, Fried Rice and Our Savior’s Church selling Lefse.

The Flandreau Park Board will have a raffle. Enjoy the family-oriented entertainment with music by Amy Ellsworth, Youth Advent Capelle Singers, Adult Capelle Singers and the Flandreau City Band concert at 1:00 pm at the (Band Shell).
Face painting and sno cones by Brittany Ho and Balloon creations by (Mister Twister).
The Moody County Historical Society will have a table and will be selling books, vinyl records, and several other items.
The Quilt made by Mary Ehrichs will be raffled off at 1:30 pm at the Bandshell.
