NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held May 21st, 2019 at 9:10 A.M. in Commissioner Chambers of the Moody County Courthouse located at 101 E. Pipestone Avenue in Flandreau, South Dakota to consider the following proposed variance:
Applicant: Dusty Schoeberl – Variance #2019-5 to allow a second dwelling unit within one quarter-quarter section and to waive the 300’setback from the nearest farm building not owned by the non-farm residence. Property’s legal description is the N-140’ W-458’ S-675’ N-1,475 W-970’; together with the S-160’ N-800’ W-458’ NW¼ of Section 10, Township 107, Range 49 West. All persons interested may appear and be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing or may file written comments with the Moody County Auditor at 101 E. Pipestone Avenue, Flandreau, SD 57028 prior to said hearing.
