COLMAN – Garretson dropped Colman-Egan 66-32 in a boys’ basketball game Friday.
The Blue Dragons were up 18-16 after a quarter before pulling away. It was 38-20 at halftime and 55-26 heading to the fourth.
Cooper Long had 20 points and Dylan Kindt 17.
For the Hawks, Camden Schmidt dropped in 14 markers and Ryan Voelker had 7.
As a team they shot 26% from the field. While the Blue Dragons hit 46%. The Hawks were outrebounded 32-20.
The Hawks host the Dakota Valley Conference tourney this week and were to face Dell Rapdis St Mary in the first round Tuesday. Tourney play continues Friday and Saturday.
