SALEM – Colman-Egan tracksters participated in the Danielson Relays hosted by McCook Central/Montrose on April 23.
The Hawk boys took second with 63 points behind Hanson’s 93.2. Chester Area was third at 54 points.
The girls’ team was fifth scoring 49 points. Mount Vernon/Plankinton was the team victor with 95 points followed by Menno at 71, Hanson at 55 and Baltic with 51.
For the boys, the lone first place finish came from Jack Mousel in the high jump with his leap of 6 feet one inch.
The girls had two relay teams finish in the top position. Elaina Rhode, Michoen Williamson, Finley Luze and Daniela Lee raced to a first in the 4x100 with a time of 52.46.
Also, Rhode, Anna Zwart, Crystal Silva-Dominguez and Lee were first in the 4x200 in a time of 1:52.65

100 m dash: 2nd Chris Lee 11.29
200 m dash: 7th Mikano Lee 25.16
1600 m run: 3rd Sutton Bunde 5:04.11
100 m hurdles: 4th Jackson Zwart 17.7; 8th Jesse Baumberger 20.13
Girls

200 m dash: 2nd Lee 27.41; 5th Finley Luze 28:32
400 m dash: 6th Crystal Sliva-Dominguez 1:05.85
